Harry Huggins has built a career and a life around public service, community involvement and protecting the places that make Orange County a special place to live.

During his 27 years with Orange County Parks, Harry gained firsthand experience in public service, parks and open space, community needs and the responsible stewardship of public resources. That experience taught him the importance of listening, collaboration and making practical decisions with long-term consequences in mind.

Harry's commitment to community continued beyond his professional career. He has remained actively involved in local efforts to improve neighborhoods, preserve quality of life and bring people together around shared goals.

As President of the Laguna Terrace Beautification Team, Harry helped lead community efforts focused on improving and maintaining the neighborhood environment — another example of his belief that positive change begins when people work together.

Today, Harry is bringing that same philosophy to his campaign for Laguna Hills City Council: listen to residents, work collaboratively and put the community first.
